The opportunity to get onboard Crystal Symphony in August 2017 for a good look around, and to experience Crystal Cruises’ renowned cuisine, was one I couldn’t afford to miss. I therefore arrived at the cruise terminal in Liverpool bright and early, and she looked splendid moored in this famous maritime city. Note – Despite the fact that everything onboard Crystal Symphony looks as good as new, she is having a major refurbishment later this year, and there will be quite a few changes. These will be to lounges and dining areas, including the introduction of open dining. She will also end up with fewer but larger suites, reducing the number of passengers carried from 922 to 848.
Crystal Cruises – has been voted the ‘World’s Best’ on more occasions than any other cruise line, hotel or resort.
Ocean Cruising – as well as the Crystal Symphony, there is also the 1,070 passenger Crystal Serenity
Crystal Yacht – they have the beautiful 62 passenger Crystal Esprit offering a luxury yacht experience. Next will be Crystal Endeavour, a 200 passenger polar class mega yacht due in 2019, with two more to follow.
River Cruising – by the end of 2017 there will be 3 all suite luxury river yachts, Crystal Mozart, Crystal Bach and Crystal Debussy, with 2 more joining the fleet in 2018, Crystal Ravel and Crystal Mahler.
