GoCruise & Travel plans for 2025 to be theYear of the FranchiseLast Thursday, GoCruise & Travel held their annual Christmas Party/Conference for all their Franchisee Members and Business Partners. Held at the beautiful Estate of Coombe Abbey, over 100 attendees celebrated the successes of 2024 together, and focused on how 2025 will be “the Year of the Franchise!” The event detailed rich content on how the Franchise Model would be shaped moved into 2025, with key changes of how their members will be supported moving into 2025. An improved support system for it’s members will be curated to house a “Franchise Service Centre” for all it’s members, planned events for 2025, focus on their business growth with a new structure to their business development offering and focusing on the “added value” that can be provided to their members!

Our fabulous Trade Partners and Franchise Support Team, crafted the day with presentations, speed dating sessions and plenty of Christmas fun and games to enjoy what was a brilliant event had by all. The new support package for Peaks in 2025 was shared, with a focus on being commercially in the know, health and well-being when working from home and sharing success stories and ideas across the network of members, to encourage business growth.

Colin Martin-Weekes, newly promoted to Head of Franchise, shared “It’s a pleasure as always to host such a wonderful event for our members, and this year it was really important to highlight our 2024 successes with membership retention, business growth up 15% on 2023 and how fast paced our recruitment of new members has been. It’s all about looking after what we have built together and having the right fit for us with our recruitment processes. It was a real delight to see the interaction between our members and how truly it felt “like family” when we all got together! 2025 is my aim for it to be the Year of the Franchise, and how important the relationships are to building a successful platform for our members to thrive!”
