I have operated my GoCruise travel business in Hertfordshire and Essex since 2007, helping many hundreds of customers find their ideal cruise.
Having travelled extensively, often on cruises, it gives me great pleasure to use my knowledge of cruising and destinations in my GoCruise business for the benefit of my customers. I believe that whilst we must of course keep pace with what is an increasingly technology led industry, there is still a place for good, honest, and above all, personal, customer service.

Crystal Symphony - this was our first taste of six-star all inclusive cruising, and simply unbelievable. From the elegant, never crowded public areas on board, to the crew for whom nothing was too much trouble, and the amazing Japanese and European cuisine.
Next on my wish list is...
Surprising perhaps for someone who isn't a great sun worshipper, but it would have to be a return to the Caribbean for me! Some of my earliest memories of cruising are in the Caribbean, and those memories are fading just a little too fast!
