Oceania Riviera is a superb ship for the best dining at sea, along with the best value for money luxury cruising, Seabourn Ovation is tops for inclusive, understated luxury and many of the AMA Waterways ships are magnificent for luxury river cruising, with 6 of the top 10 river ships in Europe.
