I have booked many cruises through Tracey and been more than satisfied with the excellent service she has provided.
Tracey’s knowledge of the cruise ships is invaluable and the cabins she books are the best she can find for you within your budget.
Even having worked within the travel industry myself for over 30 years, I appreciate her specialist knowledge and advise.
Nothing is too much trouble for Tracey, her quest is achieving maximum satisfaction for her customers.
Thank you Tracey for all your hard work with my cruise reservations.
Thanks for the emails and for booking the two cruises
it’s such a pleasure dealing with you nothing is too much trouble for you and it’s so nice to deal with someone who takes an interest in making sure they have done everything they can to make sure the customer has exactly what they want.
Just returned from a fabulous staycation cruise in the UK with MSC Virtuosa.
As seasoned cruises we have booked many cruises with Tracey and highly recommend her for her efficiency, friendly service and after sales service. We have had the best time and will definitely be using Tracey again for our next booking.
Thank you so much for organising my recent Baltic cruise on board P&O Cruises' Arcadia, the ship was as you would expect from P&O Cruises, good food, quality entertainment, friendly competent staff etc. but the ports of call where well above what I had hoped for, but the jewel in the crown was the two days touring Saint Petersburg, it was very intensive with so much crammed into just two day but the memories will last a life time. and thanks to you and your company everything went without any problems what-so-ever.
So a very big thank you to you and your company for a fantastic holiday and outstanding memories, I will certainly use your company again and again.
WELL DONE, I am certainly a happy customer.
I would like to highly recommend Tracey Holt if you are planning a cruise get away!
Tracey has been so helpful since day 1 and nearly a year on she is still fabulous! She has always come back to me so quickly and efficiently with any questions I have had and goes over and above what I was expecting! I haven't had to deal with the cruise company at all and to be honest that’s great it’s so much more personal!
Tracey was extremely good at letting us know what excursions to book and when so we would not be disappointed, advised on all the dinning and drinks options and helped us get the best deal that suited our needs.
For a personal touch to your booking and brilliant help and information look no further!
Thank you Tracey!
Just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you so much for recommending our recent trip with GAdventures.
Back in this heat wave it is hard to believe that a few days ago we were the most northerly people on the planet at 82.05degrees (the North pole is 90) in the sea ice watching a polar bear devour a seal. It was a real David Attenborough moment!
Another day out on little Zodiacs we had walrus popping up around us with what seemed like mutual fascination – amazing.
It was fantastically well organised great food staff and a lovely cabin.
I wanted to write a thank you and pass on a big credit feedback to the company, about Tracey Holt.
Tracey has been dealing with my booking for a cruise to South America and also helping with flights and a hotel and I must say she has been fantastic from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble, and I appreciate the time she has spent looking at various flight options to make sure we got times that will work for both with cost and convenience. She could have easily given up, but she kept going and come up with a great itinerary for us.
Tracey is friendly, yet professional, and I will honestly not hesitate to use her services again, and I'll be sharing her details with friends too.
Thank you so very much.
We decided we wanted a couple of weeks away in the sun and several friends recommended a cruise to the Caribbean.
After looking through various web sites and travel agents to compare options and prices, we were fortunate enough to speak with a friend who recommended Tracey Holt. One call to Tracey confirmed what we wanted and who to book with. It was so easy to book with her and everything then followed without any issues. We haven’t cruised previously, so we were not too sure what to expect but Tracey explained everything we needed. To sum up we had a great holiday on board Britannia. We both really enjoyed both the cruise and the Caribbean.
The ship was really nice and although massive, we were fine with it. The process of getting to the ship was very efficient and impressive. We landed in Barbados and walked off the plane onto a waiting coach. It took us straight to the ship, where we were processed. This basically involved us going through passports and handing across our credit card details, for payment on the ship (for drinks etc). The company provided us with a card that identified us and this was used for payment on the ship and exit and access to the ship at each port. Extremely efficient process, but don’t lose your card!
The cabin was perfect, although we had a restricted view it actually wasn't that restrictive. We were just beyond the life boats. The food on the ship was excellent. We had freedom dining and if we had a choice again, we would go with this option. The buffet area was a bit manic at times but this was the best option for us for breakfast, as you could pick up what you wanted. We had a meal in the Sindhu Restaurant and were not disappointed. Although it is an Indian meal, it was so much more than a curry! When we go on this ship next time, we will probably try one of the other premium restaurants. You need to be aware that you pay an additional fee for these restaurants. It was $20 per person for the Sindhu. We also both really enjoyed the eve entertainment. On the ship there was a show most nights, which in most cases were excellent. We also visited the Live Lounge most eve's for the live music. There is so much to do on this ship that it would be impossible to become bored.
Although we did an organised Cameraman and Island Tour on St Lucia, which was very good, one of the best trips we had was one that happened by chance. On St Vincent we thought we would do the beach and got some brief advice from the tourist info office (which don't seem to operate like our tourist info offices, they seem more like booking agents). We then asked around in the office if anyone wanted to share a taxi and we finished up with a group of 12 people and we did an island tour, including the beach for $25 each! The guide took us all over including a visit to his local rum bar, waterfalls and beach etc. This was a really full and fun day.
Aruba was another very nice place. At no time did we feel unsafe and our advice would be get off the ship, walk beyond the immediate trade sellers and take your time to decide what you want to do. Then you will find plenty of people wanting to help. The prices for local tours seem to be regulated by the islands.
The highlights of the ship were the food and evening entertainment. Both really excellent with plenty of choice for everyone. Drinks prices on the ship were reasonable.
The highlights ashore have to be the beaches and the independent trips. We never felt intimidated. When asked by locals if we wanted a tour etc, if we didn’t, we simply and politely said no thanks and we were not both bothered again. On all the islands we paid in US Dollars. This worked very well.
I hope this info will be helpful to others and we need to start thinking of our next holiday, maybe later this year.
My wife and I recently were due to fly to New York in order to join the Queen Mary 2 for a crossing to Southampton. However, I had read the information produced by the US State Department, which led me to believe that, if we were only to remain in the US for less than 8 hours in transit, we did not need to apply for "ESTA" permission to enter the US.
To our shock, the American Airways desk at Heathrow informed us that we would not be allowed to board our flight without ESTA. At this point we appeared to stand to lose a holiday costing us over £3000! To further our difficulties there was no on line available in the terminal. Our only possibility was to with phone Tracey Holt at GoCruise. She immediately took our details and inputted the necessary requirement to obtain the ESTA. As a result of Tracey's speedy and knowledgeable response we were able to board our flight and continue to our excellent holiday with no financial loss.
Hope you are well?
Just wanted to say a very big thank you for arranging our last cruise package - everything was so perfect - all the transfers, the hotel in Miami was wonderful and the cruise was fabulous - I had a magical 50th birthday and Anniversary and we had a lovely wine waiter who brought us champagne every evening!!!!
We are now considering 2019 on the new ship The Edge the details were launched on our cruise - WOW that ships looks like it is going to be amazing so you will no doubt be hearing from me in due course.
New to cruising? Perplexed by array of ships and packages on offer? What you need is experienced INDEPENDENT advice. That was us until introduced to Tracey Holt at GoCruise. Tracey will listen, present options, advise and take the journey with you to the day of embarkation.
Just a quick email to say thank you for all your help with our cruise booking. The room was perfectly placed as you said. The ship was fantastic, great entertainment, food, everything!!
Alla Tours was an easy and enjoyable way to see St Petersburg. What a huge difference it made, the people on the large coach said they were waiting 45 minutes for everyone to go to the toilet!!
With only eight women and eight men it was quick. We had a great guide, (in fact there were several Alla Tours minibuses and everyone we spoke to also had a great experience).
We look forward to booking a cruise again.
Hope all is well with you.
What a wonderful trip you managed to book for us, just absolutely perfect. The food was just amazing, all delicious, more than anyone would eat in any normal day. All the staff we came in contact with were so obliging and friendly. Even down to the loan of a suit jacket for husband, that I had forgotten to pack. The two trips off were so well organised and enjoyable. Very clean ship. Maybe the only gripe was it felt too hot in the cabins, but we left the air-con on constant and it more or less worked. Would recommend this ship to anyone. We used The Orsett Hall, Hotel, a flyer which came with our booking confirmation, this was just such a beautiful Hotel, large room and once again meals were good. Another good thing was the drinks were of decent quality and not overpriced.
